The Blog

The purpose of this blog is to discuss recent legal trends and issues pertaining to the use of computers and the Internet, and to serve as my online ‘notebook’ regarding these topics. As such, this blog will be limited to the civil aspects of computer and Internet law, and will generally not discuss criminal issues related to the same.
